Gwen began her real estate career in March 2001 at Rhodes, Van Note after a successful career at a French commercial bank in New York. She has an MBA in International Finance from PaceUniversity and an AB in German from OccidentalCollege. She speaks German and French fluently, loves to travel and is an avid equestrian. She, her husband and their wired-haired Dachshund live in Montclair.
Gwen has had many listings in Montclair, GlenRidge, Bloomfield, Verona, Little Falls, Nutley, West Orange and Clifton and sold many homes and condos in GlenRidge, Montclair, Bloomfield, Verona, South Orange, West Orange, Maplewood, Clifton and Wayne. Gwen also handles rental listings and provides property management services in the area.
She has repeatedly achieved Salesperson of the Month at Rhodes, Van Note. In addition, Gwen achieved the NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award, Bronze Level in 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 and the Silver Level in 2004 & 2008.
Gwen achieved the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) in 2003. This additional training gives Gwen tools to assist those clients over 50 years old in navigating the many complex estate planning and tax issues surrounding a home sale or purchase.
In 2008, Gwen achieved the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. She is now armed with the tools needed to best help her buyers thrive in a tough market.
